Bring Your Vision to Life With This Unique Moodboard Maker

Whether you're creating from scratch or redesigning a room, the Corian Moodboard Maker is a great place to begin! After all, there are SO many details when it comes to what you will put in a space; the colors, textures, patterns, fabrics, etc. It can all be overwhelming if you don't know where to start. So, let's start here and I'll walk you through the three easy steps!
1. Choose any layout you want. (I'm into symmetry, so I chose the "Bohemian" design.)
2. Customize using a Corian Design swatch (choose as many as you want).
3. Next, you can upload your own photos for inspiration or choose from the pre-populated library of images.
Finish by saving and/or sharing your design.
What I like about the Moodboard Maker is that you don't have to know exactly what light fixture or style of sofa you want before beginning to plan your space. The idea is to get a grasp on how you want the space to feel.
For example, I created a Moodboard for my kitchen which was a dark and cave-like space when we moved into our home. I literally liked nothing about it, but we weren't ready to completely gut the kitchen all at once, especially since we had other spaces that we wanted to attend to first. I didn't know exactly which pendants or hardware I would use, or if I'd be able to live with the backsplash and countertops. But I DID know a few things that I wanted: lighter colors that felt relaxed and inviting, palm leaves and woven textures to remind you that you are indeed in the sunshine state. We could just take it one step at a time.
Comparing my Moodboard to the before and progress shots of my kitchen, you can see how this inspiration is starting to come to life.
There are a couple of inspiration images in my Moodboard which do not yet exist in my kitchen. I saw this gorgeous Corian® Quartz in Valente Pearl and decided its light sandy color with sweeping veins of gray would look amazing on top of my white cabinets. Don't you agree? ;)
The next piece to our kitchen puzzle is the plank board that I'd love to install along the side of our bar in place of the tile that's there. Creating this moodboard has inspired me to take the next step in updating our kitchen!
