Today I'm sharing with you a super easy cocktail recipe! You know those fun and fruity drinks you get when you're on vacation? You can create your own tropical libation in just a couple of minutes with this simple concoction!

Typically, I prefer rum over vodka, but this Mango Pineapple vodka by SVEDKA is so fruity and delicious, that I just couldn't resist using it in a cocktail recipe. 

For the mixer, I used this Mango Tropical flavored water that I picked up at ALDI. Quick health lesson: As you can see from the label, it's better than mixing heavily sugared juices if you want a lighter option, but there are artificial sweeteners used. Similar to Diet soda, it's certainly not something I'd recommend chugging daily. Same recommendations for the vodka. ;) 

I used one part vodka, two parts Mango Tropical Water, and topped the rest of my glass off with fresh water.  Often, I'll just add some water to taste in order to "lighten up" the flavor of the drink. The fresh water is totally optional, though. ;)

To add a fun garnish, I opted for a sliced ring of fresh pineapple. I think they're so pretty and delicious!
